Welcome to Ascension Catholic Parish and to the registration for the Sacrament of Reconciliation.  Please review the following information before completing the attached form. 

This program is open to all children in grade 4 who have been Baptized or completed Profession of Faith with the Roman Catholic Church.

Self Registrations are being accepted for the Sacrament of Reconciliation from September 1st to September 20th, 2010. For those parents who need assistance help is available at the Parent Information Sessions on Friday, September 17^th or Monday, September 20^th at 6:00 pm at Ascension Parish. Parent session is to be attended at 6:30pm.

Catechist Group Leader - The sacramental programs at Ascension Catholic Parish are designed to accommodate the needs of our faith community.  Volunteers are required to lead the student preparation sessions.  Parents are welcome and encouraged to either lead the sessions or assist while attending.  Please indicate your choice on the registration form.
