Sacrament of CONFIRMATION                 

Welcome to Ascension Catholic Parish and to the registration for the Sacrament of Confirmation.
 
Please review the following before completing the attached registration form. 

Prerequisites - Confirmation is usually celebrated in Grade 6 and up, by children who have received the sacraments of Baptism or Profession of Faith, First Holy Communion and First Reconciliation.

Register Early - We would appreciate if you would register early in order to secure your choice of dates.  Please indicate your preference on the back of the registration form.

SELF REGISTRATIONS are being accepted for the Sacrament of Confirmation in November.  For those parents who need assistance with the registration, help is available, please contact

Parent Information Sessions will take place at Ascension Catholic Parish. 

Catechist Group Leader - The sacramental programs at Ascension Catholic Parish are designed to accommodate the needs of our faith community.  We rely on volunteers to lead the student preparation sessions and do our best to ensure an equal and reasonable distribution of children in each class.  Parents are welcome and encouraged to either lead the sessions or assist while attending.
