What is Integral Formation?
  • Intellectual Formation: Cultivating a well-formed mind capable of critical thinking and understanding the truths of the world and faith.
  • Spiritual Formation: Fostering a deep relationship with God through prayer, the sacraments, and a life of virtue.
  • Human Formation: Developing character, emotional maturity, and the ability to relate to others with empathy and compassion.
  • Apostolic Formation: Actively living out one’s faith through service, evangelization, and social justice, ensuring beliefs are expressed in action.
Schedule of the Day:
  • 9:00 AM – Mass (Sanctuary) (After Mass, please proceed to the parish hall for a brief welcome and to receive your conference materials. Refreshments will also be available before we begin our first session.)
  • 10:00 AM – Human Formation 
  • 11:00 AM – Break
  • 11:15 AM – Apostolic Formation
  • 12:15 PM – Lunch (included)
  •  1:30 PM – Spiritual Formation
  •  2:30 PM – Break
  •  2:45 PM – Intellectual Formation
  •  3:45 PM – Closing Remarks
